The purpose of the group is to establish a community of enterprising female students, staff and business leaders to share experiences, impactful research and best practice via a series of networking events, seminars and workshops.
These events are open to all North West business professionals, as well as UCLan students and staff, with an interest in the Enterprising Women initiative.
LSBE Enterprising Women's Group (EWG) are committed to developing dynamic professional women business leaders and managers of the future.

Gender, Enterprise and Wellbeing Conference 11 July 2019
This exciting full day event was hosted by IROWE alongside ISBE and LSBE EWG, and aimed to merge communities from research, policy and practice to discuss themes around gender, enterprise and wellbeing.
LSBE Enterprising Women’s Group Inspiring Female Student Award
The award was open to all female students registered on programmes in LSBE. Students could enter the competition in three ways; Nominate themselves, be nominated by a fellow student or be nominated by a member of staff.

Amy provided an inspirational and entrepreneurial talk, with an insight into her own journey, from graduating, to launching her children's toiletries brand 'Good Bubble', to working alongside Deborah Meaden, to most recently securing a dream deal with Boots.
