Lancashire Arts

Lancashire Arts - Vanishing Point banner

The Lancashire Arts booklets are issued three times each year and feature a programme of events curated by the University of Central Lancashire’s Faculty of Culture and the Creative Industries.  The Faculty offers a vibrant range of subjects including architecture, criminology, design, fashion, fine art, global studies, humanities, journalism, language, law, media, performance and social sciences.  Our staff work creatively and collaboratively across this range of disciplines to open up new avenues for exploration and new opportunities for learning.

In joining the “Civic University Agreement”. UCLan actively works on creating genuine and meaningful relationships with local communities.  In line with this, many of the Lancashire Arts events are free and all are open to the public.  With a rich and diverse programme of events, we warmly welcome communities around us to connect.

Included in the booklet are exhibitions in Hanover Gallery, Hanover Building and PR1 Gallery, Victoria Building which are open to the public every weekday. For directions see the Preston Campus map.
